What does the program consist of?

Dealerships belonging to Groupe Park Avenue as well as Occasion Park Avenue and Park Avenue Leasing offer you a loyalty program. When you become a member, you earn points for your eligible purchases, which you can then exchange for a rebate when buying a new or pre-owned vehicle or certain products and services offered by Groupe Park Avenue. The program also provides you with a variety of other advantages and exclusive privileges.

How do I become a member?

Enrolling in our program is simple! Just visit our Park Avenue Service Centre counter or ask your sales adviser. A representative will enter your personal information and provide you with your membership card. You can start using your card right away! You can also ask for a card via internet at inscription.groupeparkavenue.com or call 450 766-1312.

How do I earn points?

You will receive 10 points for every $1 in purchases at our Service Centre and Parts and Accessories counter, for the purchase of tires and for repair done under an extended warranty program. What’s more, if your vehicle has over 3 or 4 years or 60 or 80,000 km, as specified in your dealership brochure, you earn 20 points instead of 10 per $1 spent.

You will also receive bonus points on special offers and specific activities.

Note that points are accumulated on the total amount of purchases, before taxes. Points are not given for the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle or for repairs done under warranty.

What advantages and rewards are included in the program?

Visit your dealership and get a brochure for complete program details on your Park Avenue card. Throughout the year, you can also benefit from special offers and VIP events where you can earn bonus points.

How can I redeem my points?

Your points can be redeemed at any of the dealerships belonging to Groupe Park Avenue for a rebate of up to $500 when you purchase a new Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen or Mini vehicle or a pre-owned vehicle and up to $750 when you purchase a new BMW, Audi and Infiniti.

Can I earn or redeem points at any dealership belonging to Groupe Park Avenue?

You can redeem your points at any Groupe Park Avenue dealership. However, you can earn points only at the dealership that has issued your card. If you own an Occasion Park Avenue card, your card is accepted any dealership belonging to Groupe Park Avenue.

What’s the dollar value of each point?

Points have a retail value of $0.005. So, for example, 10,000 points is worth $50 at Groupe Park Avenue.

How long are my points valid for?

Points are valid indefinitely, under the condition that you make at least 1 transaction within a 18-month period.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Yes you can transfer your points to or combine your points with another member at any Groupe Park Avenue dealerships.

How can I replace a lost or stolen card?

First, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. We will then cancel your old card and transfer your points to your new membership card. A processing fee of 1,000 points will be in effect should you lose your card a second time.

How do I accumulate bonus points for referring someone?

Great ambassadors deserve to be rewarded. If you refer someone to a sales representative of any of the dealerships of the Groupe Park Avenue and he/she buys a new or pre-owned vehicle from us, we will credit your account with 20,000 points as a thank you.

How will I be kept informed of program privileges?

We will send you timely information about the program and special offers by email on a regular basis. However, should you not wish to receive email notices, simply let one of our representatives know. You can always consult your personal file online any time at www.groupeparkavenue.com.

How do I keep track of my points?

Our system automatically keeps track of and manages your points. Just visit the dealership that has issued your card or log on at www.groupeparkavenue.com any time to consult your point balance and browse the advantages and privileges that are yours as part of our Park Avenue For life! Rewards Program. You will also receive a monthly email update listing your points accumulated to date, any upcoming special opportunities to earn bonus points, plus exclusive offers available only to members.

I don’t have Internet access. Can I still participate in the program?

Of course! Anyone can join our Park Avenue For life! Rewards Program. If you cannot access your file online, simply consult your sales slip after any transaction to see your point balance to date or visit the dealership any time for the most up-to-date information on your account. Note, however, that certain special offers are communicated by email only.
