 PARK AVENUE FOR LIFE ! REWARDS PROGRAM GUIDELINESGENERAL1. Groupe Park Avenue dealerships as well as Occasion Park Avenue and Park Avenue Leasing, hereinafter «Dealer», have the right to terminate the For Life! Rewards Program, hereinafter «Program», at any time. 2. Dealer may change the Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Dealer may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits. 3. Program points have no expiration date. However, if no points from any source are posted to a Program member's account for 18 consecutive months, other than bonus points offered for birthday, the account is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points. 4. Dealer reserves the right to make Program and promotional offers available to members based on service activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member. 5. All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the rules and guidelines in this Member's Guide. 6. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of rewards and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by Dealer in its' sole judgment, any untoward or harassing behaviour with reference to any Dealer employee or any refusal to honour Dealer employees' instructions, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued. Dealer reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages and taxable court costs. 7. Dealer reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in this Member's Guide. All determinations by Dealer shall be final and conclusive in each case. 8. Any fraudulent activity in connection with the Program will entitle Dealer, in its sole discretion, to terminate an individual membership and void all point credit. 9. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for all points credited to your Program account. 10. From time to time, the data you have provided to Dealer and program administrator, IQ 7/24 INC., may be used to bring you relevant and valuable offers from Program partners. If you do not wish us to use it for this purpose, please contact the Program Client Service Center. 11. Points are transferable to another Program member and could be combined with another Program member. Any points transfer can only take place with the member’ consent, while living. 12. The loan of a courtesy vehicle during servicing or repairs, as stated in the dealership’ brochure, does not apply for work done at the body shop.
13. The complimentary vehicle registration application service offered to vehicle purchasers does not include the registration fees charged by La Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ). PROGRAM ENROLMENT14. The Program is open to any client of the Dealer with a driver license and a mailing address within Canada. All members must complete a Program enrolment form. Failure to complete form in its entirety will negate membership status. 15. Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members. 16. Only one person may be enrolled per Program account and that must be in his/her real (legal) name. 17. Membership is non-transferable. 18. Retroactive credit will not be given for services performed prior to enrolment.
19. Dealer employees are not eligible to the Program. EARNING PROGRAM POINTS20. Points are accrued at a rate of 10 points for each dollar spent (before taxes) at the Dealer Service Centre and Parts and Accessories counter, for the purchase of tires and for repair done under an extended warranty program. If a member’s vehicle has over 3 or 4 years or 60 or 80,000 km, as specified in each dealership brochure, then points are accrued at a rate of 20 points instead of 10 for each dollar spent. 21. Program details are published in the brochure available at each dealership of the Dealer. Additional Bonus points may also be obtained from time to time on special offers or activities. 22. No point will be obtained for the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle and for service work done under warranty. 23. A bonus of 20,000 points will be awarded for the referral of a new or pre-owned vehicle buyer. To obtain the bonus, member must advise the sales department beforehand. Only one referral bonus per sale. 24. A bonus of 20,000 points will be awarded for a repair work of $1,000 or more at the Dealer body shop, either paid for by the member or an insurer. 25. While Dealer will make every attempt to provide accurate point credit, it is the member's responsibility to retain necessary documents, such as service and parts receipts, to be provided for any un-issued credits.
26. Member is responsible for presenting membership card to Dealer cashier for receipt of points. Points can be earned only at the dealership that has issued the card, except for an Occasion Park Avenue card, which is accepted at all Park Avenue dealerships. REDEEMING PROGRAM REWARDS27. All Program Points earned at any Park Avenue dealerships may be redeemed at any Park Avenue dealerships. However, the specific dealership’s rules for redemption will be applicable, no matter what kind of membership card. 28. Point value may vary according to the Reward levels. As a general rule, each point has a value of $ 0,005. For example, 10,000 points are worth $ 50 at the Dealer. Points have no cash value. 29. Points can be redeemed at any Park Avenue dealerships for a rebate of up to $500 (all taxes included) when you purchase or lease a new Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen or Mini vehicle or a pre-owned vehicle and up to $750 (all taxes included) when you purchase or lease a new BMW, Audi and Infiniti. Membership card must be presented at time of purchase. 30. The complete list of available rewards is posted at each of Park Avenue dealerships.
31. Member is responsible for paying all applicable taxes for the received reward, if any. |
